Our employment bridging programs are unique to BC’s forest industry and help to build strong, sustainable communities.
Our bridging programs follow three phases:
TRAIN - Stillwater Consulting delivers customized training based on the needs of your community and the local industry.
MENTOR - Industry experts supervise, mentor and provide a safe work environment for new trainees during facilitated employment with a local partner. Your trainees will further develop skills, gain experience, and increase their confidence by practically applying what they’ve learned to a real forestry project.
TRANSITION - Once trainees have both the skills and experience to complete projects independently, their mentor will gradually transition the project to your Nation’s leadership.
